Terms and Conditions

1.       Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates should be spent within 18 months from the date of issuance, which is the "spend by" date included on the gift certificate. Gift certificate holders will be given an additional 6-month grace period to spend their gift certificates, and gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates will expire two years from the date of issuance, which is the "expires" date included on the gift certificate.*

2.       Gift certificates must be redeemed through the PURE Skin and Beauty locations, http://www.PURESkinandBeauty.com , toward the purchase of products listed in PURE Skin and Beauty's products and services.

3.       Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or gift cards, such as PURE Skin and Beauty Gift Certificates, Gift Cards.

4.       Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.

5.       Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.

6.       If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card or cash.

7.       Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.

8.       Gift certificates and their use on the PURE Skin and Beauty Web site are subject to PURE Skin and Beauty's general Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice.

9.       We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If you have any questions, please visit the PURE Skin and Beauty online Help department at http://www.PURE Skin and Beauty/help.

10.   PURE Skin and Beauty will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the PURE Skin and Beauty Web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the PURE Skin and Beauty Web site.

11.   PURE Skin and Beauty may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.

12.   PURE SKIN AND BEAUTY AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

13.   By visiting PURE Skin and Beauty, you agree that the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these gift certificate terms and conditions.

14.   Any dispute relating in any way to PURE Skin and Beauty gift certificates shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate PURE Skin and Beauty's intellectual property rights, PURE Skin and Beauty may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Florida, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

15.   Pure Skin and Beauty reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.

16.   All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

* Expiration dates do not apply in California, Connecticut, Maine, Montana, Rhode Island, and Washington. Expiration date applies in New Hampshire only for gift certificates more than $100. For the following states, a gift certificate will expire after the indicated period of time as measured from the date of issuance: Louisiana (5 years), Maryland (4 years), Massachusetts (7 years), North Dakota (6 years), Oklahoma (5 years), and Vermont (3 years). Expiration dates do not apply in any other states solely to the extent as prohibited or limited by law.
